"YOGA BUSINESS" - workshop for all business people, regardless of the level of organization. An earlier yogic experience is not required, and its lack may prove to be an asset.

Business yoga programs at the theoretical level present the main assumptions of Yogi as a tool for mind control. On the physical level, it includes simple exercises to warm and relax all joints, ligaments and muscles, and to stimulate key energy points, all practiced on the basis of the fundamental principles of Yoga. On the mental level, they include mindfulness and concentration training, meditation and mindfulness.

The workshops will provide students with knowledge in the field of holistic body and mind management, which they will be able to transfer to their work environment, gaining the ability to deeply reduce stress, improve health and well-being, increase creativity, better organization, interpersonal communication and improve performance.

In program:

  • everyday asana practice,
  • a program of reconstruction and body balance at the physical and energetic level,
  • prana pit and meditation,
  • lectures on yoga topics based on yogasutras and bhagavadgit,
  • discussions.

The workshops will be run by Joanna Kazana and Konrad Piorunek: certified yoga teachers, students of H. C.M Bhandari, former ambassador of India in Poland, ambassador of yoga in the world on behalf of the Government of India, managers with many years of experience in international structures. Workshops are accredited by the Ministry of Yoga and Ayurveda in India (AYUSH).

The package includes:

  • participation in practical and theoretical classes,
  • accommodation - 2 nights in Hotel Sulisław,
  • full board - 3 ayurvedic meals,
  • unlimited access to the Wellness area - (sauna, swimming pool with counter-current).

Detailed program:

Friday

  • 14:00 - arrival of participants
  • 17:00 - organizational meeting
  • 17:30 to 19:00 - practice of yoga
  • 19:30 - dinner
  • 9:00 pm to 9:30 pm - pranayama and meditation

Saturday

  • 7:30 to 9:00 - morning yoga
  • 9:30 - breakfast
  • 11:00 to 13:00 - theory and practice theory
  • 13:30 - lunch
  • 17:00 to 18:30 - pranayama
  • 19:00 - dinner

Sunday

  • 9:30 - breakfast
  • 11:00 to 13:00 - lecture and practice
  • 13:30 - lunch and the end of the workshop
